Sushma Koirala Memorial Trust held its 12th and 13th Annual General Meeting on 20th December 2008 at Hotel Shangri-La, in Sammelan hall. All the Life Members, General Members were invited for the program. President of the Organization Ms. Sujata Koirala inaugurated the program by lighting up the lamps. Guest from Social Welfare Council, representative from Ministry of women, Children and Social Welfare, Ministry of Health, UNICEF, UNDP, Heifer International, ILO and other various Ingo's were invited for the program. During the program our partner Organization Latter Day Saint Charities (LDSC) and Nepal Hope were presented by a felicitation Letter by the President Ms. Sujata Koirala.

The program was further carried on with the presentation of progress report of Sushma Koirala Memorial Trust by the Administrative Manager Mr. Hari Prasad Dhungana. He also presented the audit report of F/Y 2063/64 and F/Y 2064/65. The overall progress report of Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital was presented by the Hospital Manager Ms. Christa Drigalla. Then the progress report of Sushma Koirala Memorial Nursing Campus was presented by the Campus Chief Ms. Janaki Pradhan. Then representative from Social Welfare Council Mr. Raju Joshi offered a speech on the program.

At the closing session, several agenda were discussed and were duly accepted. Then, there was an election by the Election Commissioner Mr. Upendra Timilsina. The following members were elected as the Board member of the Trust through the election.
