The Trust implements comprehensive health care services including both a preventive and curative component. It has established Sushma Koirala Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with the co-operation of Interplast e.V. of Germany. This 50 bed fully equipped hospital, which is first of its kind in Nepal, provides services to all the needy people of Nepal who require its specialized services. SKMT also provides dental care through its clinic located at this hospital.

SKM Hospital organizes awareness raising programs in order to promote the general; health status of the people. Apart from promotional activities, the Trust provides a broad range of health services; inter alias, ophthalmic care and reproductive health services particularly in inaccessible and underserved and deprived areas through mobile clinics.
